Nash Hash 2010

WHAT: The Nash Hash is the biennual national hash event. This four day event invites hashers from across the USA. Expect choice of hashes each day, entertainment, food and beer, lovely beer, wonderful beer, beer, beer, beer......

DATE: Labor Day weekend (September 3 - September 6, 2010)

COST: $115. Does not include lodging or Thursday pub crawl. Camping sites will be available. All payments must be made with pay pal at time of registration.

Registration

Registration will open August 29th, 2008 with a Labor Day sale. Sale will close at 11:59 PM September 1 Central time. (MH3 members only can pay by check. The check must be in the hands of Eggbeater or Beer Nuts by 11:59 PM September 1.)

Registration fees are non-refundable but they are transferrable.

Campsite

The campsite will be Cedar Hills Campground just 25 miles from Madison. Tent sites will be on the upper level on a bluff overlooking the Wisconsin river, blah,blah... $10 a night per person. Electricity available for extra $5 per night at the second level of the campsite. You will need to contact the campsite to make your own reservation (cedarhillscamp@yahoo.com, (608) 795-2606). Choice of tent location is first cum first served when you get there. Check in/Check out = 2 PM. Note that there will a $5 day use fee charged by the campground, if you are not registered for a campsite (and some meals and entertainment will be at the campsite.)
