HASH HISTORY - HASH RUN #1609 - "Yes, but it's a warm rain." PRINCE VARIANT

It was a rather nice morning after a week of storms so there was a good crowd that gathered for the run set by hares POUND 69, CRUSHED BOX, BABY BALLS and ALBETA CLITTER that started at Fladd Park on the south side of town. Initially the trail ran around neighborhood before going over the bike and pedestrian overpass. As storm clouds gathered the pack found a beer check with in the back of ALBERTA's car. As rain started to fall everyone crowded under the open hatch or got inside to enjoy their Stag beer. After a good amount of time most took off onto the trail but a few stayed in the van and out of the rain. The pack got split up as they made their ways through the storm. One small group took shelter in a bus shelter and waited out the storm. While most were struggling fo rtheir lives, READY, DRIBS, CRUSHED BOX and EGG made their way to Bennetts where they found SHARE ME who missed the start of the run. Eventually most of the pack found their way over the second pedestrian overpass, through some urban shaggy and back down the bike trail for a second beer check at Bennetts. The On-On was at the Farm Tavern where the hares had a very cute quarter keg of beer on tap and everyone was pleased to get out of their wet things (and into someone else's). POUND 69 was assigned to transport the Mexican Burrito and taco bar food to the Farm but he apparently went the long way was about 45 minutes late. He finally showed up when ceremonies were threatened before the food. After the hares did their down-downs, COL MUSTARD was awarded FRB, DIEGO was named whiner, EGG was SCB and ALBERTA CLITTER was JFL for getting lost while setting the trail. SQUAT got wretched excess for running with broken toes and wearing crocs because he couldn't get his foot into running shoes. STIFFY got a second round FRB award while DRIBS got hash shit. SHARE ME took the DFL award as KAHUNA, BED RIDDEN and READY got the RD lookalike while WILL HO did the sex pot dance. COL MUSTARD and DEIGO got awards for looking so much alike and a guy in the bar who boasted about his beer chugging teamed up with Just Jennifer the bartender as honorary new boots. Finally STROKES, HALF CRACKED, SLOW HAND and NUT drank because they were there. The hoopla continued as a few more regulars from the bar joined in. There was even some CRACKED/STUFFY ballroom dancing before the night ended.
