HASH HISTORY - HASH RUN #1610 – Seldom Seen Sets Seldom Seen Trail

There were several other events going on this weekend so only a dozen hashers showed up on this breezy day for seldom seen COW POKER's run that started at Lot 62 on the UW campus.. COW POKER advertised a surprise start and delivered on his promise. The run started with a bus ride to the actual start about a mile away in Eagle Heights, COW POKER's childhood stomping grounds. The trail meandered through the housing area and the hares had to give lots of hints. The pack eventually found the first alcohol check consisting of Boone's farm wine in the woods. The trail continued into and through Shorewood and across University Avenue to a beer check at CP's friends, Just Dave and Just Sue's house. After a relaxing time there the pack found their way back to Lot 62 on the new west side bike trail and headed to the Shorewood Boathouse for the On-On. POKER served picnic sandwiches and plenty of beer. The breeze from the lake kept up so there was no problem with mosquitoes. Among the awards was the naming of CP's friend Just Matt to TOOTH PRICK.
