HASH HISTORY - HASH RUN #1641 - The "Strokes to the Rescue" Hash

A psychic account from SHOW ME who did not attend the event but somehow "knows" what happened
Firstly, we all want to thank Strokes for stepping up at the last moment to take an open hash date. Secondly, we all wonder what the hare was thinking when he ordered this bitter cold and then set a run that so confused the laggard group of runners that they had to be rescued. Yes, it was "Strokes to the rescue" again, guiding the lost, wayward group. You know who you are, laggards. The run did cover a varied territory, starting at the Vilas Park shelter, then crossing Park St into more urban terrain. The trail went past Himalayme's past apartment, where she lived when she met Strokes and also her current condominium, then the nursing home that is to be her future home. Ceremonies were in Stroke's home on Kendall St. It was "Strokes to the rescue" twice here, first feeding the frozen ravenous, mainly male, crowd, then helping to hurriedly clean the spilled beer during ceremonies. You know who you are, beer spillers. Finally, Just Tomas who is a researcher of e-coli in chickens was named Colon Fowl, (or Colon Foul or Coaling Fowl or Colin Frau or Coal and Fowl or something. Hash shit went to someone for something.

Editor's Note: Not too bad for someone who wasn't there at all. Watch for the next newsletter in two weeks, when resident psychic, SHOW ME will publish winning lottery numbers for next weekend. The psychic write up left out the fine baked beans and baked potato bar served by the hare. Among the 20 or so hashers were two new boots Just Nick02 and Just Jason, and two shiny boots Just Nick01 and Just John. Also, SCBs were CO CO, BLOWN DRY, Just John and NUTFARMER for paralleling the pack on a significant short cut while COLON FOUL got hash shit for running several blocks to see what the SCBs were up to, then running back up hill to rejoin the main pack. As usual the awards area was covered by a tarp to prevent damage. Thanks STROKES for taking another unassigned run!!!
